About the Workshop
The workshop is focused on recent advances at the intersection of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing for life-science applications. It will showcase state-of-the-art methodologies for large-scale biomedical data analysis, accelerated simulations, and AI-driven modeling in genomics, proteomics, medical imaging, and drug discovery. It will emphasize scalable algorithms, heterogeneous architectures, and workflow optimization for data-intensive biomedical workloads. The workshop will facilitate in-depth technical discussions on computational challenges and foster collaboration among researchers from computer science, biomedical engineering, and bioinformatics.
